Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services include providing a comprehensive & cost-effective support services with local spares, On-Site Support, On-Call Support, Remote Support by manufacturer certified technical professionals.
AMCs are customized based on SLAs and KPIs as per customer requirements.
Also we are providing System Health Check Report periodically.
